Excellent Staff and Convenient Location
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They provided useful information about the local area and helped us plan our activities. The location was also very convenient, close to a popular tourist attraction and easy to get around. We also enjoyed the facilities provided, especially the games room and swimming pool.
We found that the amenities were quite limited compared to other accommodation options. There were no toiletries provided, which was inconvenient.

The location was great, close to the centre and a variety of Ballarat's tourist attractions. the best part was being able to access wireless internet, which made it easy to find local things to do. the overall facilities were well maintained and clean.
There were some issues with the staff's attitude and communication that detracted from the overall experience at this hotel.

The cabins were really clean and comfortable. the location was perfect for exploring the city and the facilities were great. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the complimentary Tim Tams were a nice touch and the electric blankets kept us warm on the chilly nights.
The weather was a bit cold for us, but thankfully the cabins were warm and cozy. the only other negative was that the cabins were a bit dated, but this was more than made up for by the excellent cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation.
